Rickey was a decorated veteran, who served in the Vietnam war and spent another 4 years in Visenbott, Germany. Rickey was born on June 15, 1950, in Hot Springs, Arkansas to his parents, Francis and EE Black. When he was just 19, Rickey decided to join the army and was stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2022, at the age of 85, Wanda Kirkpatrick Hurst passed away.
